Servient Adds West Coast Staff to Serve Growing Base of Business

Houston, Texas - January 20, 2011 - Servient, a leader in efficient defensible e-discovery has announced the appointment of Phil Strauss, Esq. as a senior electronic discovery consultant. He will be based out of San Francisco, CA and will lead initiatives to support and advise Servient's growing base of customers on the U.S. West Coast.

Strauss is a seasoned business and legal executive with a diverse background that includes litigation services, computer software and law firm experience. He has worked most recently within the legal services industry for Xerox, and H5. His resume also includes in-house and general counsel positions for Adobe, Actuate and Brio Software (now Hyperion Solutions) and he also served as an associate for Shearman & Sterling LLP and Jones Day.

"We feel that Phil brings the right combination of technical experience, legal ability and problem solving skills that are required to be successful in this industry," said Servient Founder, Ian Wilson. Strauss graduated with his JD from the Duke University School of Law and he earned and MBA at the University of California - Berkeley, Walter A. Haas School of Business, where he also now serves as an adjunct professor.
